Most recently Geoff was Administrative Intern in Medical Management for a private hospital group in Germany. In this role he completed a benchmarking analysis of rehabilitation protocols for Total Joint Replacement which revealed potential for decreasing Average Length of Stay by 40% and also created a dashboard to track multiple Lean Management projects in progress. He was a team member for a time-driven activity-based costing project to determine accurate costs for medical care and provided translation from German to English.

Previously, Geoff served as Administrative Intern in Finance and Operations at one of the ten largest public healthcare systems in the United States. Reporting to the CFO of the flagship hospital, Geoff provided decision support analysis in purchasing and marketing programs, and overview analysis on hospital service lines.

Geoff graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from University of Miami School of Business, and Doctor of Medicine from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
