Stan Hupfeld is a Senior Advisor at BDC Advisors, with almost 40 years experience as a Chief Executive Officer and in other senior executive positions in hospitals and health systems.

Stan joined BDC Advisors following his retirement as CEO of INTEGRIS Health, a multi-hospital system in Oklahoma. INTEGRIS Health is the largest provider of health services in Oklahoma. Its flagship institution, INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center, has nationally renowned programs in transplant, burns, mechanical heart and circulatory programs, and one of only six proton centers in the United States.
In 1995 Stan facilitated the merger of Baptist Medical Center, Baptist Healthcare of Oklahoma, and Southwest Medical Center, all in Oklahoma, to form the multi-hospital system INTEGRIS Health. The system currently has revenues of $1.5 billion and 10,000 employees.
Prior to INTEGRIS Health, Stan served as CEO of All Saints Hospital System in Fort Worth, Texas and prior to that as CEO of St. Joseph Hospital in El Paso, Texas. Stan has served on the VHA National Board of Directors, the Board of the American Hospital Association, and was also Chairman of AHA’s Regional Policy Board 7. Stan has a Master of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas, where he played on the 1963 National Championship football team.
